Established in 2000, Department of Commercial Law aims to train students having deep knowledge and specialized skills in Commercial Law and International Law that meet the increasing demand of the social development and the country in the process of international economic integration.
II ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
With consultancy of the faculty, Students will choose and register their majors in the first semester of the law training program. Besides equipping generic knowledge, Students choosing Commercial Law program will obtain an intensive training in domestic and international Commercial Law. The content of the program focuses on main courses of the department such as Law on Business Entities, Law on Bankruptcy and Settling Trade Disputes, Import – Export Law, International Commercial Law, Taxation Law, Private International Law (refers to Civil and Commercial Relations Concerning Foreign Elements)…
III. OCCUPATION OPPORTUNITIES
The Bachelor of Commercial Law can work in companies, Bar Association, local tax agencies, and the other administrative agencies. Generally, the Bachelors of Commercial Law will have many choices for their future careers in the public sector as well as in the private sector.
