Main functions of Comparative Law Center:
The activities of the Comparative Law Center also contribute to supporting international cooperation activities. In the 2022-2023 school year, according to the Faculty's development orientation, the Faculty's Board of Directors has gradually shifted the Center's activities to focus on professional and academic activities. Accordingly, the Center, along with the faculty, coordinated with the network of law training institutions to organize a workshop on "Improving the quality of legal training" in March 2023. In addition, the Center also connects with BABSEA-CLE and UNDP to open opportunities for faculty members to participate in projects to develop litigation capacity in the criminal field. At the same time, to expand the goal of developing professional and academic activities not only among lecturers but also among students. The Center has encouraged and oriented students and lecturers to participate in writing papers for scientific conferences. The results were quite positive with 06 papers published in the scientific conference proceedings.
